Wrid Erica Ostendorf Mullins

Erica Ostendorf Mullins has worked in various roles in the field of interior design. Erica currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Director of Interior Design, and Principal at Strang, Inc. Erica started their journey at Strang, Inc. as a Senior Interior Designer in May 2014 and progressed through various roles, including Director of Interior Design and Vice President, before reaching their current position. Erica also gained experience as an Interior Designer at Brookdale from March 2013 to April 2014. Erica began their career as an Interior Design Intern at Fusion Design and Architecture in October 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Dean's Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from November 2007 to January 2010.

Erica Ostendorf Mullins received their Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, studying there from 2006 to 2010. Erica then obtained additional certifications, including the Wisconsin Registered Interior Designer (WRID) from the State of Wisconsin in October 2014 and the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) in June 2014. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA in Global Strategic Leadership at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a program they started in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2023.
