Helene Mills is a Partner at STRAT7, where Helene leverages over 20 years of experience in insight-driven strategic consultancy to assist clients across various sectors with growth strategy and due diligence. Prior roles include Director of Consumer Strategy at Incite, Director and Associate Director at Pragma Consulting, where Helene also served as Senior Account Manager, and participation in the Management Trainee Program at John Lewis & Partners. Helene began their career as a Laboratory Analyst at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, University of Oxford, following their education in Human Sciences at the University of Oxford and studies at St Albans Girls' School.
