Hannah Reese

Hannah Reese is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Strata Clean Energy since September 2024, following a similar role at Revco Solutions from January 2018 to September 2024. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Strata Solar, LLC from October 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities encompassed managing leave administration, disability programs, training initiatives, and health benefits for over 300 employees. Earlier in the career, Hannah served as an Executive Assistant at The Arc of North Carolina from June 2014 to September 2015, where duties included organizing documentation, scheduling travel, and supporting administrative activities. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
