Eric Soliz

Eric Soliz is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with extensive experience in project planning, monitoring, control, and execution across various high-stakes industries. Currently with Strata-G Solutions, LLC, Eric oversees projects valued over $10 million, providing leadership and mentorship in project management processes. Previously, Eric held senior program management roles at Miltope and R2C, Inc., overseeing multi-million dollar projects, developing detailed schedules, and leading cross-functional teams. With a robust background at SES managing military and commercial aviation projects totaling over $73 million and as a Deputy Program Manager at L-3 Communications for projects in Iraq, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge from both the aerospace sector and military aviation, where Eric served as a Standardization Pilot. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University.
