Sam Bryant

Sam Bryant has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the aerospace industry. They started their career at Airbus as a Quality & Manufacturing Engineering Group Leader, where they implemented Lean processes and resolved design/assembly issues. They later became a Production Manager, responsible for managing a team and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and budget standards. After that, Sam joined GKN Aerospace as a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing the performance of multiple suppliers and leading a team. They also held the role of Procurement Manager, focusing on new programs and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Currently, Sam is the Head of Sourcing at STRATA Manufacturing PJSC, where they manage the commercial and contract-related activities for over 500 global suppliers.
