Milla Nikula

Milla Nikula possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Wellbeing at Finnair since January 2017, alongside roles as Head of People and Business Operations and HR Partner. Prior to Finnair, Milla held various HR leadership positions at OpusCapita from April 2012 to January 2017, including Head of BU HR for Document and Transaction Processes. Milla's career began at Itella Oyj, with roles ranging from HRD Manager to several HR positions from 2001 to 2012. Milla also worked at Itella Logistics, serving initially as an HR Consultant before becoming HR Manager. The professional journey started at UPM as a Training Coordinator. Milla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1999.
