Candy Alba-Guillon

Candy Alba-Guillon possesses extensive experience in strata accounting, currently serving as Finance Team Leader at Smarter Communities since July 2022. Candy has held various accounting roles since 1993, including Senior Trust Accountant and Team Leader for Northern NSW/Gold Coast at Strata Title Management, where tenure began in February 2013, bringing nearly 19 years of strata accounting expertise. Previous positions include Senior Trust Accountant at The Strata Agency, Trust Account Manager & Administrator at Strata Title Management, and Senior Property Finance Officer at Dynamic Property Services. Candy's career began as a Cost Accountant at Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation and as an External Field Auditor at Punongbayan & Araullo. Candy holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Major in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas, earned between 1989 and 1993.
