Jay Schwartz has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Jay is the Founder of Savant Business Solutions, LLC, where they created a business management system designed to improve company performance and enhance work-life balance. Before that, Jay held the position of Chief Counsel and Head of Strategy at STRATACORE. Prior to that, they served as COO and General Counsel at StrataCore for eight years. Jay also founded IndieShares, Inc. and worked as the President for four years. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at JP Morgan Chase, Intel Capital, Nike, Inc., SlopeSide Brewing Company, and Thomson Reuters, where they focused on business development, sourcing, contracting, and supply chain management. Jay's wide-ranging expertise and leadership positions demonstrate their ability to drive success in different organizations.

Jay Schwartz has an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a JD with a concentration in Intellectual Property from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and a BA in Economics/English from University at Albany, SUNY.
