Jean Foster

Vice President of Operations at STRATACORE

Jean Foster has a diverse and extensive work history spanning several industries. Jean began their career at Fred Meyer as an Operations Manager from 1987 to 1993. Jean then transitioned to The Prudential Preferred Financial Services as a Special Agent and Registered Representative from 1993 to 1995. Jean subsequently worked as an Advertising and Marketing Consultant/Account Executive at Corvallis Gazette Times from 1995 to 1997.

In 1998, Jean joined XO Communications, where they held various roles. Jean started as a Customer Care Representative, handling service orders, repair, billing issues, and customer records management. Jean then advanced to become a Project Manager, overseeing program and project management for customer care. Finally, they served as a Sr. Program Manager, leading a team responsible for quality assurance, process development, and departmental communications.

From 2014 to 2017, Jean worked at Pexco as a Customer Service Manager. Jean managed the Customer Service Team and was responsible for inside sales, order management, issue resolution, and project management for custom industrial extrusion products. Jean also collaborated with senior executives and played a crucial role in sales forecasting, P&L management, and process improvement at the Tacoma site.

Jean's next role was at StrataCore, where they held multiple positions. Jean started as a Sr. Client Services Specialist in 2017 and progressed to become the Director of Client Operations and Project Management. Later, they were promoted to the Senior Director of Client Operations and Project Management and eventually became the Vice President of Operations in 2021.

In 2022, Jean joined Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives. Jean became a Member and contributed to the organization's mission of driving more women into positions of power.

Currently, Jean is the Head of Account Support Services at AppDirect, a position they assumed in 2023.

Jean Foster attended Marysville Pilchuck High School. After graduating from high school, they went on to attend the University of Washington from 1988 to 1993. At the University of Washington, Jean earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and international trade.
