Kristen then worked as a Recruiter and later as a Professional Recruiter at the same company until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Recruiting Specialist at Javan Engineering. In 2017, they joined Apex Life Sciences as a Professional Recruiter, specializing in Clinical Research and Life Sciences. Since 2019, Kristen has been working at Stratacuity: Proven Scientific Placement, initially as a Professional Recruiter and later progressing to the roles of Senior Professional Recruiter and Team Lead.
