Matthew Hildebrandt

Matthew Hildebrandt has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Matthew began their career working as a Shipping & Receiving Assistant at Wausau Coated Products. Matthew then worked as a Systems Analyst at Wausau Homes, and later joined The Dirks Group as a Technical Sales Representative. Matthew also worked as a Citizen Member and Vice Chair of the Planning Commission at the Village of Kronenwetter. In 2009, they were appointed as the Assistant Vice-President of Information Technology at Integrity First Bank, where they managed the planning and budgeting of technology services. Hildebrandt also served in the Marathon County Board as a District 15 Supervisor. Matthew then worked as the Owner of Badger Media Solutions, developing web presence for small to medium size businesses. Later, they served as the IT Director at Peoples State Bank and was responsible for all aspects of information technology. In 2016, they joined StrataDefense as a Solution Engineer and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer before becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer. Throughout their career, Hildebrandt has contributed to policy making, resource allocation, and technology planning to achieve the strategic objectives of the organizations they worked for.

Matthew Hildebrandt earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Upper Iowa University between 2016 and 2019, majoring in Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems Programmer / Analyst at Northcentral Technical College from 2001 to 2003. Their education began with a High School Diploma with a Marketing / Business Emphasis earned from Wausau West High School between 1991 and 1995. Matthew also obtained additional certifications in "Leading Effectively" and "Managing New Managers" from LinkedIn in August 2021 and September 2020 respectively.
