Angelina Wallrath

Angelina Wallrath has a diverse range of experience in the field of human resources. Angelina began their career at CEMEX, where they held various managerial roles including Manager of Recruiting, Manager of Compensation and Payroll, Manager of Regional Human Resources, Director of Staffing, Planning & Development, and Regional Vice President of Human Resources. During their time at CEMEX, they implemented strategic initiatives, developed training programs, managed employee and labor relations, and oversaw compensation and payroll functions.

In 2012, Wallrath joined TruGreen as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they led talent acquisition, learning, organizational development, and HR compliance. Angelina later transitioned into the role of Senior Director of Talent Management, leading the HR team through the divestiture of TruGreen from ServiceMaster.

Most recently, Wallrath has been working at Stratas Foods as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for leading the HR function for a $2 billion supplier and manufacturer of edible oils, mayonnaise, sauces, and dressings. Angelina reports directly to the CEO.

Angelina Wallrath attended Stanford University, INSEAD, and Monterrey Tech in the year 2006 to 2007. Angelina completed the CEMEX International Management Program during this time. Later on, they enrolled at the University of Houston, where they pursued a BBA degree in Business Management and Psychology. The start and end years for their time at the University of Houston are not specified.
