David Kaltenbacher

David Kaltenbacher has a diverse work experience. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Facility Operations at StrataTech Education Group since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Airgas as an Area Operations Manager from May 2016 to the present, where they oversaw building renovation and addition projects, managed a $14MM plant project budget, and collaborated with the Gas Engineering Group for equipment planning.

Before that, David served as a Regional Compliance Manager at Airgas from October 2010 to September 2014. In this role, they conducted compliance audits for 12 cylinder gas operation plants, ensured corrective actions were taken, and promoted a better understanding of regulatory requirements among local site management.

David also worked as a Senior Plant Manager at Airgas from August 2004 to October 2010, where they improved operations, enhanced productivity, implemented supply chain and process improvements, and managed inventory, distribution, quality, and batch operations.

Starting their career, David was a Plant Manager at BOC Gases Americas from May 2001 to August 2004.

David Kaltenbacher completed their Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Penn State University from 1991 to 1995.
