Pradeip Agarwal

Pradeip Agarwal serves as the Chief Operating Officer and previously held the role of VP - Marketing & New Biz at Stratbeans Consulting Private Limited since November 2012. Pradeip leads a team focused on sales, marketing, communications, and business development, specializing in the automation of learning functions for corporates and academic institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Digital at ALPHEL and Senior Manager - Marketing & Concepts at Sparx Entertainment, where responsibilities included overseeing event operations and conducting on-ground promotional campaigns. Pradeip holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Delhi University, a BIT in Computer Software Engineering from TATA Infotech, and a certification in Leadership and Change Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, among other educational qualifications.
