Sousanna Chugunova

Sousanna Chugunova began their work experience as a Server at Pinstripes in 2014. Sousanna demonstrated excellent customer service skills and multitasking abilities. In 2017, they became the Business Owner & CEO of Everything'sBaked. Sousanna then transitioned to Assistant Department Manager at Harris Teeter in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Director of Customer Acquisition at Klarna, contributing to the company's growth in the e-commerce and fintech industries. Currently, Sousanna is the Head Growth Strategist at StratDev Digital Marketing, leading a team that provides various digital marketing services to businesses.

Sousanna Chugunova graduated from Col. Zadok Magruder High School with a High School Diploma. Sousanna then attended Montgomery College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science with an area of concentration in Computer Science and Technologies at Montgomery College. In April 2023, they also obtained a Food Handler Certification from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.
