Julius C.

Julius C. serves as a Senior Scientist at Strategic Analysis Incorporated since April 2002, providing scientific consultancy to DARPA on multiple projects, including the Positioning System for Deep Ocean Navigation (POSYDON) and the Revolutionizing Prosthetics initiative, which led to the first commercial LUKE arms for upper limb amputees.
