Kirsten O'Neill

Kirsten O'Neill is a Senior Program Analyst at Strategic Analysis Incorporated since February 2009, currently serving as Chief Editor and Writer for the Science and Technology Futures and Foundations front office within the Department of Defense's Office of the Under Secretary for Research and Engineering, where responsibilities include managing the editorial process and coordinating issues with other DoD offices. Previously, Kirsten held multiple roles at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) from August 2009 to December 2021, including Senior Program Analyst for the Strategic Technologies Office and the Biological Technologies Office, as well as Program Analyst for the Defense Sciences Office. Kirsten O'Neill holds a Master's Degree in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from UC San Diego.
