Sarah L. Spinharney

Sarah L. Spinharney, Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Strategic Behavioral Health, is responsible for the human capital strategies of the company. Sarah has over thirty years of healthcare human resources experience, including working with large multi-site and multi- State acute care and behavioral healthcare companies. She has expertise in providing oversight and management of benefits, compensation, compliance, human resource operations and talent selection. Sarah received her Bachelors degree from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.
