Wayne Soud

Wayne Soud has extensive experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry. Wayne served as the President and CEO of Strategic Benefit Resources, Inc., where they provided specialized self-funded health plan expertise and outsourced services. Wayne also served as the Chairman of the Board at Bakken Wireless, a broadband wireless ISP providing immediate wireless broadband signal in the Bakken oil boom area. Additionally, Wayne was the Owner of CME Farms, LLC, where they raised 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef. Before these roles, Wayne worked at Lockton Companies, LLC as an Executive Vice President, offering strategic consulting services in the health and welfare employee benefits domain. Wayne has also held roles at Marsh and Prudential Healthcare. Throughout their career, Wayne has focused on innovation, creativity, and client service excellence.

Wayne Soud obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Florida State University - College of Business, from 1987 to 1991. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, during the period of 1994 to 1996.
