Derek Judd

Derek Judd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legislative affairs and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Legislative Affairs at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contractor at Strategic Engineering Solutions since October 2022, Judd has previously held various roles in the U.S. House of Representatives from August 2014 to October 2022, including Legislative Director and Military Legislative Assistant for Congressman Paul Mitchell, as well as Legislative Assistant and Correspondent for Congressman Richard Hanna. Judd's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Defense & Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Colgate University.
