Andy Kancel

Andy Kancel is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 34 years of experience in policing, serving as Chief of Police for the Town of Flower Mound from November 2013 to March 2024 and as Assistant Police Chief for the City of North Richland Hills from October 1989 to October 2013. Kancel holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and has participated in prestigious training programs, including the Police Executive Research Forum and the FBI National Academy's 232nd Session.
