David Tuan

David Tuan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal management and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at SGR (Strategic Government Resources) and President of Civic Partners, David also holds the position of Regional Director at Cardon Development Group, focusing on public-private partnerships and infrastructure development. Previously, David spent a decade at the City of Williston, North Dakota, where roles included City Administrator, Director of Public Works, and Senior Engineer. Leadership roles also include President of the Great Open Spaces City Managers Association and committee membership at the North Dakota Department of Transportation. David's early career included service as a Combat Engineer Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces and work as a Civil Engineer at AE2S. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota and ongoing participation in the Leadership and Strategic Impact Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
