Fred Napp

Charles Napp serves as the Deputy Fire Chief at Haltom City Fire Rescue. Previously, Charles worked as a Fire Academy Instructor at Weatherford Junior College from January 2002 to June 2008. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Dallas Baptist University. Charles also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fire Protection from Amarillo College and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Education from West Texas State University.
