JJ Peters

JJ Peters joined SGR with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting and administering employment selection processes for local government—including providing complex staff assistance for commissioners, administrators, and departments. JJ has extensive experience establishing evaluation processes and procedures to identify and place candidates in the positions for which they are best suited.

A graduate of Portland State University, JJ holds a bachelor’s of science in human resource management. She has also attained certifications from the Human Capital Institute as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and from AchieveGlobal as an instructor in the Achieving Results through Genuine Leadership Training System.
