Ellen Evans

Ellen Evans is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, education, and healthcare analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Survey Analyst at Strategic Healthcare Programs since January 2021, Ellen handles a high volume of incoming patient calls, updates patient records, and ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations, while also analyzing patient surveys.
