Hugo Ramos

Hugo Ramos has extensive experience in technical support and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager at Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) since September 2018. Prior to this role, Hugo held various technical support positions at HHRmedia from January 2011 and RightScale from June 2015 to March 2016. Hugo began a career in technical support as a Helpdesk Engineer at Lanspeed from January 2009 to January 2011 and previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Make IT Work from 2006 to 2009. Hugo attended Santa Barbara City College from 2012 to 2013.
