Zeb Clayton

Zeb Clayton currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services at Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), a position held since May 2006, where responsibilities include managing three divisions within the Client Services team and contributing to strategic product development priorities. Previously, Zeb held roles such as National Client Educator/Vendor Liaison, focused on client education and interface enhancements, and Director of Customer Support, overseeing customer support operations and relationships. Prior to SHP, Zeb worked at Watchtower from January 1998 to April 2004, where skills were applied in developing process improvement procedures and implementing production scheduling software for a multi-site printing operation.
