Cesar Parra

Cesar Parra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CFO at Stratis since 2006, Cesar Parra focuses on maximizing shareholder value and overseeing strategic directions. Prior to this, Cesar Parra was President and CEO, where responsibilities included customer relationship management and setting organizational vision. At American Express from 1999 to 2005, Cesar Parra held the position of Vice President of Business Engineering, leading initiatives in call center engineering and operational optimization. Before that, Cesar Parra was Managing Partner at Impacto Estrategico Consultores and served as Industrial Engineering Program Manager at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Operations from Université Laval and a BSc in Computer Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a certification in Operations from the American Society for Quality.
