Chinnasamy Arumugam

Chinnasamy Arumugam has extensive work experience in the field of technical consulting and infrastructure architecture. Chinnasamy started their career as a Consultant at Progress Software IT and later became a Systems Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing high availability solutions for application integration using Sonic MQ & ESB. Chinnasamy also served as the Principal Engineer, leading the consolidation of multiple Sonic MQ & ESB versions and working on the Enterprise search project using Coveo.

Arumugam then joined Meridian Health Plan as a DBA, where they played a key role in designing and implementing application integration architecture using Sonic MQ & ESB. Chinnasamy was the primary architect for the integration of JaxView XML Gateway for secure data exchange between Meridian and healthcare providers.

Following that, Arumugam worked at QAD as a Senior Technical Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for planning, designing, and implementing ERP applications for onPremise customers. Chinnasamy also provided technical consulting services on various projects, including working as a Data Migration technical lead for YanFeng Automotive, where they successfully migrated data from QAD SE to QAD EE 2016 into the QAD Cloud.

Currently, Arumugam is employed at Strategic Information Group as a Senior Technical Consultant. Chinnasamy is a member of the Managed Services technical team, providing global support for QAD and Progress clients. Chinnasamy'sresponsibilities include resolving technical issues, running diagnostic programs, and delivering technical support to clients worldwide.

Chinnasamy Arumugam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from St. Joseph's College in Trichy, India. Chinnasamy pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Statistics from Loyola College in Chennai, India. Additionally, they obtained a Technical Implementation Certification in Enterprise Edition from QAD in June 2015.
