In the same year, Walter enrolled at College of the Canyons and pursued multiple fields of study including Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Sociology, and Philosophy until 2005. After that, they attended California State University, Northridge from 2003 to 2006, specializing in Computer Engineering.

In 2012, Walter attended The University of the South and completed a Certificate in Education for Ministry with a focus on Theology in 2016.

Additionally, Walter obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2019, they received the Google IT Support Professional certification from Grow with Google and became an ETQ Reliance Administrator (Version 2019) through ETQ. In 2018, they completed two online courses, "Build Front-End Web Apps From Scratch" and "Build Web APIs From Scratch," offered by Codecademy.
