Taryn Tangeman

Taryn Tangeman has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Taryn is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Strategic Insight, Ltd. In this role, they collaborate with the leadership team to fulfill various HR responsibilities such as benefit administration, employee relations, and training. Taryn provides support and guidance to management on complex issues and also assists in talent acquisition processes. Prior to this, they were a Human Resource Manager at Alexandria Insights, Inc., where they oversaw employee orientation, tracked training compliance, and contributed to job description development. Taryn also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at QinetiQ US, where they handled HRIS and compliance responsibilities. In their previous roles at Comfort Management Corporation and Hollywood Tans, they served as a District Manager, Recruiter, Inventory Control Manager, and Store Manager/Franchise Business Coach/Owner, respectively.

Taryn Tangeman obtained their high school diploma from Jersey Shore Senior High in 2000. Taryn then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Delaware Valley University, graduating in 2005. Taryn also obtained a CP Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resources.
