Tom Druggan

Tom Druggan is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Strategic Insight, Ltd. Tom also holds the title of Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and works as an Independent Consultant at Alea Technology & Defense, LLC. Tom has extensive experience in the defense industry, having held positions such as Program Executive for Aegis BMD at the Missile Defense Agency and Commander at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Tom is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and holds Masters of Science (M.S.) degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School and Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
