Smith, CPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in multifamily asset management, currently serving as Partner and Co-Founder of Strategic Management Partners (SMP) since January 2010. SMP specializes in innovative and cost-effective solutions for managing B and C class assets, offering a variety of services including third-party management, receiverships, lease-ups, and due diligence. Prior to SMP, Angela held the positions of Vice President and Regional Vice President at Miles Properties, Inc. from November 2006 to January 2010, and served as Senior Vice President at Lane Company from May 1990 to January 2006. Angela L. Smith obtained education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 1981 and 1984.
