Cindy Batey

Cindy Batey is a Partner and Co-Founder of Strategic Management Partners, where since February 2010, management of multifamily properties for owners, lenders, and special servicers across the nation has been a focus, particularly in enhancing economic occupancy and asset values. Prior to this role, Cindy served as Executive Vice President - Operations at Miles Properties, Inc. from November 2000 to January 2010, overseeing a substantial apartment portfolio and leading key operational departments. Cindy's career also includes a role as National Director at GAB Robins from February 1997 to November 2000, managing multiple divisions and strategic business operations. Early professional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Circuit City Stores, Inc. from December 1986 to February 1997, where responsibilities included overseeing personnel standards for a large workforce. Cindy Batey earned a degree from Mississippi State University between 1980 and 1983.
