Stefano Tisi

Stefano Tisi is a seasoned project leader and senior consultant at Strategic Management Partners since 2019, with extensive experience in successfully implementing over 50 organizational projects for market-leading companies, resulting in operational performance improvements between 10% and 20%. Prior to this role, Stefano worked as a consultant at Temsi, focusing on operational process analysis and cost optimization. As a co-founder and operations manager at UT Group sas from 2010 to 2014, responsibilities included office and e-commerce management, as well as sales force management.
