Carolina Maldonado-Tula

Carolina Maldonado-Tula has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Strategic Materials since August 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Daikin North America, progressing from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resources Consultant between October 2018 and August 2022. Additionally, Carolina held the position of Human Resources Manager at MaidPro for a brief period in 2017 and worked as a Substitute Teacher at both Katy ISD and Farmington Municipal Schools from 2014 to 2016 and 2011 to 2014, respectively. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from San Juan College.
