Kaitlin Lorey

Kaitlin Lorey is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Manager for Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, and Korea at Strategic Resources, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Kaitlin spent nearly a decade at Magellan Federal, where various positions included Performance Coach, Master Resilience Trainer - Performance Expert, Senior Instructor, and Regional Advisor from April 2015 to January 2025. Kaitlin's coaching experience also encompasses roles such as Assistant Volleyball Coach at Coe College and Olympia School District, as well as Volleyball Coach at Illini Elite Volleyball Club and University Coordinator for Girls in the Game. Educationally, Kaitlin holds a Master of Science degree in the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Neuroscience from Coe College.
