Mark Patterson

Mark Patterson has extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Mark served as the Vice President of Operations at Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) where they managed a global team of over 1,000 employees across multiple work sites. Their responsibilities included overseeing contracts valued up to $1.5 billion in various areas such as Human Resources, Well-Being and Quality of Life Programs, Mental Health, Security Operations, and Logistics.

Prior to their role at SRI, Mark Patterson had a successful career in the US Army, where they attained the rank of Colonel. During their 26+ years of service, they held positions such as Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Operations Officer. Mark demonstrated strong leadership skills in directing strategic planning, staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, administrative tasks, technology implementation, and training. Their expertise also extended to the development of policies and strategic plans in areas such as recruiting, retention, manpower analysis, training and development, organizational development, and risk management.

Mark Patterson has a Master's degree in Human Resources Training and Development from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Mark also holds another Master's degree in Human Resources Training & Development from The George Washington University. Mark received a Fellowship in Organizational Leadership from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Mark completed their undergraduate education at Radford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
