Jonathan Kastner has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, spanning over several roles and organizations. Jonathan has worked as a Director of Food and Beverage in various hotels and resorts, such as the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, Windsor Court Hotel, Wyndham Worldwide, Royal Sonesta New Orleans, and Omni Royal Orleans Hotel. In these positions, they oversaw the daily operations of multiple restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and room service. Jonathan has also worked as a Consultant - Director of Food and Beverage - Task Force at Strategic Solution Partners, providing consultancy knowledge and talent to different organizations.
