Frank Reilly, MBA, PMP has over 30 years of professional experience in the IT and Project Management industries. Frank began their career in 1989 as an Associate at Bally Total Fitness. In 1990, they moved to Putnam Investments, where they held the positions of Supervisor and Representative. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as an Internal Operations Manager at Expo Registration. In 1997, they joined Liberty Funds Group as a Project Manager. In 2000, they rejoined State Street as a Senior Project Manager (Assistant Vice President). In 2006, they moved to Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) as a Business Analyst (Assistant Vice President). In 2008, they returned to State Street as a Senior Project Manager (Assistant Vice President) and received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in June 2008. In 2009, they joined Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) as the Director of IT Operations and Maintenance at the Mass Health Insurance Exchange, where they managed the Project Operations and Maintenance team, oversaw all Operational and Maintenance activity, and coordinated with MassHealth and CCA Operations teams. Frank also served as the Director of Project Management, PMP, managing client projects for the Massachusetts Information Technology Division and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Additionally, they have volunteered as a Registrar and Coach for Wrentham Youth Soccer since 2002 and served as a First Lieutenant in the Massachusetts Army National Guard from 1985 to 1993.
