Syed Zaidi

Syed Zaidi has a diverse work experience in software quality assurance and testing. From 2022 to present, they have been employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Strategic Solutions Group (SSG). From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Software Test Analyst at Authentic Life Care, where they served as lead software quality assurance engineer, overseeing quality-assurance testing for software development projects. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Systems Limited as a Software Quality Analyst, supervising a five-member software QA testing team and documenting software defects. From 2016 to 2019, they also worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Itim Systems. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Nortec Software Inc and assisted with user-acceptance testing and defect tracking for two new Healthcare software releases. From 2014 to 2016, they also held an Internee role at Engineering Vision. Finally, from 2013 to 2014, they held an Internee role at Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation, creating user manuals, training guides, operation manuals, test plans and other project and product documentation.

Syed Zaidi received their HSC from Jauhar Degree College in 2008-2010. Syed then went on to obtain their BS in Computer Science from Iqra University (Official) in 2011-2015. After that, they obtained their Master of Science in Software Engineering from ILMA University - Formerly IBT in 2016-2017. Finally, they earned their Masters in Business Administration and Global Project Management from Torrens University Australia in 2018-2019. Additionally, they have a certification in Selenium WebDriver with Java - Basics to Advanced+Frameworks from Udemy.
