Jay Strickland

Jay Strickland is an experienced professional in the fields of network engineering, programming, and emergency medical services. Since January 2001, Jay has served as Principal at Strategic Solutions of Virginia. Prior to this role, Jay held positions at Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad as a Medic and Vehicle Extrication Squad Leader from 1989 to January 2006, and at Capital One as a Network Engineer from 1999 to 2001. Jay's earlier experience includes work as a Consultant at IPC Technologies from 1996 to 1999 and as a Programmer at the Virginia Department of Health from 1993 to 1996.
