Isaac Chavez

Isaac Chavez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in instructional design, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Strategic Staffing Solutions for USAA, Isaac specializes in developing eLearning modules in anti-money laundering compliance using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite. Concurrently, Isaac is the Chorus Manager for the San Antonio Mastersingers, overseeing operations for a 120-member choir. Previous leadership roles include serving as Grand Praetor for Sigma Chi Fraternity and various positions focused on instructional design at established organizations such as Mathys+Potestio and SWBC. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word and has also garnered extensive experience in the corporate sector through roles at Rackspace and as a music director at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church.
