Laurin Scaffidi has held various positions in the areas of recruiting, branch management, and customer service at companies such as Strategic Wealth Designers, Wells Fargo, SpiritLine Cruises and Fort Sumter Tours, and Charleston Harbor Tours. Currently, Laurin is pursuing a graduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Penn State University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance at the College of Charleston. At Strategic Wealth Designers, Laurin serves as the Director of Culture & Strategic Initiatives, showcasing expertise in HR, recruiting, and fostering a positive work environment.
