Jonathan Crawley, PMP, CSM, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in project and program management across various industries. As President & CEO of Strategix Management LLC since February 2016, Jonathan has successfully directed organizational business development, strategic planning, and client management while implementing a comprehensive Program Management Office (PMO) to enhance technology solutions. Previous roles include Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at AgileTrailblazers, Senior Consultant at Capco, and Senior Project Manager at Capital One, where Jonathan managed multimillion-dollar projects and facilitated Agile transformations. An alumnus of Georgetown University, Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has effectively led cross-functional teams, developed stakeholder management plans, and improved operational efficiencies throughout a diverse career.

Founded in 2016 by President and CEO, Jonathan Crawley, Strategix Management LLC employs cutting-edge technology to streamline and ignite program activities that increase the efficiency and efficacy of the work of our government partners. We work with government clients to create real access to education and training opportunities for underserved youth, provide resources to small businesses that help them thrive, and enhance leading-edge research to address large-scale, societal challenges. Our corporate leaders, directors, and program managers develop and implement strategies that maximize program benefits and mitigate potential risks through proper planning and ongoing attention. Our inhouse team of designers and developers imagine and carefully create program-specific tools in support of our clients’ missions and goals. And we employ experts that specialize in providing underserved youth with opportunities to enhance their education and receive advanced employment training. We operate with crystal clear intent: to be the change we want to see in the world. The decisions about the types of work we perform is predicated on our corporate duty to seek alignment with programs with the overt objective of strengthening families.
