Strategos programs & courses have been developed based on years of experience, feedback and real world missions by the founders and instructors on staff. Most tactical courses feature a very demanding “Force-on-Force training” approach. Reasons for this include the following:

•	Allows the participant to test what they have been trained previously will be successful in a realistic simulation of an engagement
•	Allows the participant to operate, perform and effectively manage critical tasking while the “Sympathetic Nervous System” is activated.

Our staff members regularly interact with law enforcement and military professionals within the first responder and special operations communities.
