Strategos International
Vaughn Baker has held various leadership roles throughout their work experience. In 1999, they served as the Deputy Director of Training at Surefire Institute until 2002. In 2002, they became the President of Strategos International, where they provided tactical training and consulting solutions. In 2019, they took on the role of President at both Clarence M. Kelley & Associates and Clarence M. Kelley & Assoc, offering comprehensive security services and solutions. Currently, they are the President of Peacekeepers Training, a position they have held since 2023.

Strategos programs & courses have been developed based on years of experience, feedback and real world missions by the founders and instructors on staff. Our staff members regularly interact with law enforcement and military professionals within the first responder and special operations communities. All staff members have many years of experience in serving as law enforcement and military operators as well as having years of experience instructing in their respective subject matters of expertise. It is our firm belief that merely covering the gaps in an operator's performance with a thin veneer of check-the-box-type training is futile and unproductive. Strategos International offers courses that are a wise investment for serious operators wishing to achieve the following: • Establish a foundation for proper and effective weapons handling allowing to be effective in high risk environment • Increase proficiency in increasing their probabilities real-world, high-risk environments in which the adversary think, move and shoot back.
