Jerry Baird

Jerry Baird has a strong background in strategy consulting and operations research, with experience spanning over 25 years. Jerry started their career in the US Army, where they served as a Senior Manager and led cross-functional teams in Afghanistan. In 2010, they transitioned to Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate, where they continued to perform operations research and data analysis. In 2012, they joined CALIBRE Systems, Inc. as a Principal Analyst, where they developed web-based dashboard capabilities to display program impacts. Most recently, since 2016, Jerry has been the Managing Director of Strategy Consulting Team, LLC. In this role, they have managed company growth and worked with senior leaders in strategic planning, talent management, and training, while also launching an 18-person team to support the health and well-being of Army personnel. Overall, Jerry has a proven track record of driving growth, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions in various industries.

Jerry Baird received their MS degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1986 to 1990. Jerry later pursued an MBA from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing it from 1998 to 2000.
