Sue Nicholas, PMP, MCC (She/Her) is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Consultant at American Management Systems (AMS) until 2000. Sue then joined Peppers and Rogers Group - Marketing 1 to 1 as a Consultant in 2001, before transitioning to LMI in 2002. At LMI, they served as the Program Director of the Organizational and Human Capital Solutions (OHCS) Group, responsible for strategic planning, organizational assessments, change management, and talent management among other areas. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Strategy Consulting Team, LLC, where they serve as a change agent, facilitator, strategic planner, and executive coach. Overall, Sue Nicholas has a strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership coaching.
Sue Nicholas, PMP, MCC (She/Her), has a diverse education history that spans various fields. Sue started their education by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems at Thomas College from 1989 to 1992. Later, they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, completing the program in 1995. In 2010, Sue attended Georgetown University to obtain a certification in Leadership Coaching.
In addition to their academic achievements, Sue has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Sue became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in July 2020. In 2016, they obtained certifications in The Leadership Circle Profile, Manager Edition, and Leadership Culture Survey. Moreover, they earned the esteemed Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2013. Sue is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by the International Coaching Federation in 2010. Most recently, in May 2022, they became a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
