Marc Sosna

Marc Sosna serves as the Executive Director of the Learning Innovation Unit at IESE Business School, where efforts focus on advancing executive education through innovative learning experiences. With extensive experience as a founding partner of 3HORIZONS and the founder of MS Consulting, Marc Sosna specializes in strategy consulting, project management, and business development. Previous roles include consultancy at the International Finance Corporation and organizational development at Deutsche Bahn AG. Marc Sosna holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from The Philipp University of Marburg and is a PhD candidate at Technische Universität Berlin, with a focus on strategic leadership and global management.
